Foundation Course 01, Sunday, 7:20pm (Mixed Adults) Trial

During the course, you’ll learn the skills necessary to deal with common threats and attacks and use effective counter-attacks when necessary, whilst improving your fitness and boosting your energy levels.

Sessions last one hour and ten minutes.

Sunday, 10.30am, Women Only Foundation Trial

During the course, you will learn how to defend yourself against common threats and attacks in all types of environments and gain the skills to fight back, taught by a female instructor.
Classes last one hour and ten minutes.

Unlimited (3+ Classes a week)

Womens Programme one session weekly

Women's only training one session per week.

Youth Foundation Course, 14-17 yrs, Monday, 6.00pm Trial

Simply fun practical self-defence training for ages 14–17 years. Our kids and teens classes are designed to deal with the safety issues the students face on the streets today. Classes draw on the basic Krav Maga principles – with the aim of equipping students with the skills needed to avoid or deal with threats and attacks.

Sessions last 55 minutes.
